I walk the line

Hi, I have a chronic illness called relapsing/remitting Multiple Sclerosis.  This means I feel fine sometimes and other times I feel like shit for one reason or another.  Mostly, when I am unwell,  it is because I am fatigued.  For me, fatigue feels a bit like a hangover, or like most of my life force has been sucked away. Think dementor's kiss from Harry Potter, if you are so inclined.   The fatigue can come and go as it likes but it does have a couple of predictabilities.  It definitely appears if I don't a good night's sleep or if I work past 6 hours or so.  I reduced my workday to accomodate this.  If I were to work full-time and then do the daily exercise regimen that keeps some of my physical symptoms at bay, I would have to go sleep not long afterward.  So now I make less money than I used to.  I don't qualify for disability because I CAN work for 6 hours.
